BioI'm so confused. Just a second ago there was a lazy-boy recliner over there...in that parking lot. Now? It is gone. Was it all an illusion?
It haunts me...this recliner chair. I can always see it out of the corner of my eye. Watching. Waiting. Some times the glare of its unseen eyes becomes too much, and I spin around quickly.
It is gone.
I must confront this chair. "Chair," I will say, "Why do you haunt me so?"
The Chair will utter not a word, but rather adjust itself into full recline mode, as if to mock me, and fade into the darkness.
Perhaps.
